Dump Cake

Want an easy dessert? How about a delicious cake that doesn't require any mixing. The hardest part of making this dessert is waiting for it to cook so you can eat it.

All you need to do is dump the ingredients in a 9x13 pan in the following order: pie filling, pineapple, cake mix, coconut, and butter. I just put the sticks of butter on the top, but I think it'll be even better to cut them up a little and put the pieces a little bit spread out next time.

Then bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. This cake is great by itself, or topped with vanilla ice cream.

When I went to dish out our dessert, this is what I saw...there was a piece missing.  The cake must have looked so good that someone couldn't wait.

You can have a variety of different cakes with just this one recipe by using different types of pie filling, different flavors of cake mix, and by using coconut or not using it.
